This class is designed for advanced watercolor students interested in learning new techniques such as combining watercolor with gouache, soft chalk pastel, and lifting techniques that instructor Robin Scholl has developed and taught for many years at PAL.

The rhythm chart includes the major landmarks of the skull, as well as key muscle groups of the face. This technique will help artists gain confidence in the drawing the complex anatomy and perspectives of the human face. This course will be a great preparation for portrait painting.
